Natalia Rudolf
Natalia Rudolf's life has been associated with art since her early childhood. At three years old she followed the urge to bring artistic expression into real life. She painted the family's gray cat yellow because it matched her emotion. Even today, she says: "Art - these are emotions for me, often positive, dynamic, but also original. They release my creativity and love for life, which I express in my painting." Natalia Rudolf was born in 1963 in Perm, Russia and grew up in a family that recognized and encouraged her talent early on. Her father drew well and her mother encouraged her emotionality. She, along with her sister, were influenced by their uncle, who was a designer. His early death pushed her to continue down the artistic path. Without the knowledge of her parents she got in contact with the National Art School for children and adolescents and attended this school in her spare time . With this basis, she attended the Art Academy in Moscow from 1979-1984 and successfully graduated. Besides painting, the training also focused on sculpture with wood, metal, and stone This basis of craftsmanship, knowledge of art history and working with shapes and colors, gave Natalia a freedom to express in her art. During this time she met her future husband, the wood sculptor Vladimir Rudolf. Their mutual inspiration and enrichment for each other's artistic creations were strong. This is still evident today.
